Style, Decor & More: EatSmart Precision CalPal Digital Scale {Review!}

EatSmart Precision CalPal Digital Scale {Review!}

We all want to eat healthier and maintain a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes it's hard to stay on target when it comes to weight. Most of us can use a little help and that's why I am thrilled to have found EatSmart Precision CalPal's Digital scale Whether you are looking to gain or lose weight Precision CalPal helps give you long term weight goals, while monitoring Body Mass Index and Estimated Caloric intake. These are very important motivational tools often needed to achieve success.

This amazing scale displays three readings: current weight, Body Mass Index, and Estimated Caloric intake needed to maintain current weight. It also recognizes who is stepping onto the scale. After I entered both me and my husband's gender, height, age, and activity level, CalPal figured out the estimated calories per day to consume to keep or lose our present weight. It's really awesome!

Precision CalPal reinforces the belief that weight management is not a quick fix, but part of a long term commitment to being healthy! With that said, if you are beginning a new diet or weight loss program in conjunction with the CalPal scale, always check with your doctor first.

In summary, I am very pleased with my CalPal scale and have found that it really helps me to be more aware of what I am eating and how much I am eating. For example, I was really craving chips today, but instead I ate some veggies because I was keeping a rough estimate of my caloric intake, and knew I had taken in a lot of calories earlier in the day. It's great to have a scale that helps keep me on the track to good health.

EatSmart Precision CalPal is available for purchase through Amazon for only $35, and would make an amazing gift for the upcoming holidays. Even the most physically fit person on your holiday shopping list will benefit from knowing their BMI and estimated caloric intake.

  2. Wow, that's very reasonable. I love how clear the display is and that it's brightly lit. I'm practically blind without glasses so this would make it so much easier to see the numbers!

  9. I love my EatSmart scale! I'm actually getting one of these new ones soon myself and I can't wait. Since my fiance and I are both weighing in regularly, having it keep track of our stats separately is going to be SO handy!

  12. Wow, I can't believe how affordable this scale is! I paid about half that for just your basic bathroom scale - not even digital.
