Style, Decor & More: Awesome Elevate Hair Dryer! {Review & GIVEAWAY!}

Awesome Elevate Hair Dryer! {Review & GIVEAWAY!}

Are you looking for a great hair dryer? A hair dryer is one beauty tool that I can't live without. I have thick, slightly wavy hair that takes forever to dry naturally and I like to wash my hair every day. As the weather turns colder and the inside of my home becomes drier, I do worry about overdrying my hair.

Imagine my excitement when I was given the opportunity to review the Elevate Tourmaline Ionic Ceramic Hair Dryer 1875 by Andis.  Andis is a leading provider of quality hair products and have been all about hair since 1922. I had heard so many wonderful things about tourmaline and ceramic hair dryers, I couldn't wait to try a combination of both!

When I first opened the box, I couldn't help but notice the gorgeous candy apple red color. Of course, the aesthetics of a hair dryer are not as important as the performance and end result, but I must admit, I LOVE it!

I was pleasantly surprised that this hair dryer is amazingly lightweight. In fact, it is the lightest hair dryer I have ever owned. But don't let that fool you, it is very powerful! My hair is dry in about 10 minutes! Using the concentrator, I lift my hair at the roots to add body and fullness, and then follow up with the cool shot button to set it. I run my round brush through my hair to straighten my waves and then blast it with the cool shot button as I run it through one last time. Usually I have frizzies that need to be tamed with a flat iron, but as you can see below, my hair is smooth and I'm ready to go!
The Elevate Hair Dryer smooths my hair and I didn't need a flat iron!
No frizzy ends!
Some terrific features of the hair dryer are:
* 1875 watts of power
* 2 heat/air speeds for quick styling
* Cool shot button to lock in style
* Removable air intake filter for easy cleaning
* Professional concentrator and styling pick

After using my Elevate Hair Dryer for more than a week, my hair feels softer and smoother.  It's also static-free! How did this happen? Well, after reading up on it, I learned that the crushed tourmalines (you're right, the gemstone) emits negative ions that seal hair cuticles to prevent frizz and promote silkier hair. Combine that with the ceramic infrared heat and you have a hairdryer that does it all!

I highly recommend this fantastic hair dryer to anyone who is looking for an affordable, good quality hair dryer. You won't be disappointed.
