Brighten Your Skin Naturally!

Facials are a great way to keep skin healthy and to pamper yourself. Skip the expensive store-bought or salon facial and make your own. There's a wonderful cocktail for your skin, waiting in your fridge! Here's the recipe:

Combine 2 Tbsp sour cream with 2 Tbsp honey and 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Apply to your cleansed face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool (not cold) rinse. The mask exfoliates, brightens and moisturizes skin, and promotes healing. It also refines pores, fades acne marks and prevents blemishes too! This mask can be applied twice a week.
