NEW CHI Keratin Leaves My Hair Softer, Smoother & Stronger! {REVIEW}

Over the last few weeks, I have been using a new hair care line from CHI. It's CHI Keratin! The CHI Keratin Kit includes a Reconstructing Shampoo, Reconstructing Conditioner, Leave-In Reconstructing Treatment, and a Keratin and Silk Reconstructing Complex. CHI Keratin hair care products are designed to rebuild, revive and protect! 

Well, I am pleased to tell you that CHI Keratin has lived up to its claims.  I love these products! Even my color-treated and naturally coarse/dry hair feels softer, smoother and silkier. My hair also feels thicker, heavier, and stronger. 

No frizzies after blow drying! I have smoother hair without using styling tools!

For those of you who may not have heard of Keratin before, Keratin is a natural protein that is found in hair, teeth and nails. When you apply Keratin to your hair, it's like adding an extra layer of protection to your hair. This extra layer protects hair from the heat of blow dryers and hot styling tools, while, at the same time, helping to keep hair healthier and smoother. Keratin replenishes and protects hair and dramatically improves its elasticity, while adding intense hydration. I don't really know too much about the science behind Keratin, but I do see and feel the difference in my hair! I've added photos so you could see that my over-processed, dry hair, now looks healthier, smoother and stronger. 

Reconstructing Shampoo - The shampoo lathers up well and is gentle on my color-treated hair. It contains essential jojoba and argan oils that help to promote healthier, shinier hair, and prevent future breakage.

Reconstructing Conditioner - I use an egg-size amount and work the conditioner through my hair. I leave it on for a few minutes and rinse. The conditioner hydrates and leaves my hair silky and soft.

Leave-In Reconstructing Treatment - I lightly spray the reconstructing treatment through my hair after towel-drying, and blow-dry as usual. 

Keratin and Silk Reconstructing Complex - I use a small amount of the reconstructing complex. Less is more when it comes to this product. The complex adds intense hydration when your hair is thirsting for moisture. I use a pea-size amount and bye-bye frizzies!

In summary, CHI Keratin products are awesome and I am very happy with the way my hair feels, softer, smoother, silkier and healthier! I can definitely see and feel the difference! CHI Keratin also saves time, since I no longer need to run a flat iron through my hair to smooth out frizzy ends. LOVE it!
