Mirabella's Brilliant Mineral Highlighter Review!

I have found a great new product that I can't wait to share with you. It's Mirabella's Brilliant Mineral Highlighter Powder. The Highlighter is available in three gorgeous colors that are formulated to work with every skin tone. I was sent the wonderful Shimmer Rose shade to try, but there is also Latte Swirl and Glowing Coral. If you think the colors look pretty here, you should see them in person. Stunning color and shimmering highlights! 

Well, I have been using the Mirabella's Highlighter for the past week, and I love it. It illuminates my skin with a soft, transparent glow and a subtle shimmer. The luxurious texture is ultra smooth and creamy, and it blends easily. I'm fair complected and the finish and color is fantastic. I was curious how the highlighter would work on my daughter's olive complexion and applied some to her cheeks too. I was pleasantly surprised that the color not only showed up, but it looked glowingly gorgeous and natural. I now hide the compact or it ends up in her vanity drawer. {smile}

To get the most from this Highlighter, I would suggest using an appropriate brush. I tried applying Shimmer Rose with my fingers and a pouffy blush brush, and neither worked as well as my brush, shown above. The bristles on this brush are soft, yet firm enough to pick up the creamy pigmentation from the compact. The texture is of the Highlighter is so unique, it's difficult to describe. It's like a smooth cream, light powder, rich liquid, all blended into one.

Another feature that impressed me was the staying power of the Mineral Highlighter. The formula is light, yet stays in place all day. Using today as an example, I applied the Highlighter at 7:00 a.m., ran a few errands in the snow and wind, worked all day, went to a meeting, and in the evening the Highlighter was still on. I didn't "feel" fresh at the end of a long, tiring day, but at least my skin looked radiant! I do wear a foundation primer which may help the staying power, but compared to other blushes I've used, this is incredible!
