Style, Decor & More: Fighting Frizzies with Hair La Vie Moroccan Repair Serum

Fighting Frizzies with Hair La Vie Moroccan Repair Serum

Does you hair have a mind of its own? My thick, coarse hair can be downright difficult to manage at times and a good hair serum is essential for fighting frizzies while also protecting my hair. Without a good hair serum, the weather and hot styling tools would surely take a toll on my color-treated hair.

When I was trying different hairstyles over the holidays, I was happy Hair La Vie sent me a sample of their Moroccan Repair Serum to try. It sure made a difference in the look and texture of my hair! The serum made my updo, shown above, very easy to manage and helped fight those nasty frizzies, too! I was surprised when my daughter twisted my hair around an old sock and rolled it up into a bun in less than a minute! I expected to have wisps of frizzy hair sticking out all over the place, but instead my hair looked sleek, smooth and shiny! What do you think?

The longer I use Hair La Vie Moroccan Repair Serum, the more I love it! Depending on the needs of my hair, I use it in different ways. If I am using a hair dryer, I will apply it after I wash & towel-dry my hair. I dispense one pump of the serum into the palm of my hand and rub my hands together. Beginning at the ends of my hair, I work the serum up into my scalp. Note: It is best to use the serum sparingly and if needed, slowly add more.

Hair La Vie Moroccan Repair Serum can be used on wet or dry hair. When I'm not using a hair dryer, I will apply the lightweight formula prior to using hot styling tools. I will also also use the serum on the ends of my hair before bed.

Hair La Vie is a hair brand whose mission is to create high-quality, natural products that help support the health and strength of your hair, while maintaining its natural beauty and vibrancy. The serum is infused with essential oils that help condition, treat and maintain moisture in hair, supported by vitamins D3 and E, to promote the existing growth of strong, thick, healthy strands.

  • 7 essential oils & vitamins
  • Formulated with argan oil
  • Get long term protection
  • Great for frizz control
  • No Parabens, no phthalates

Get ready for compliments on your hair! I have had people compliment me on how great my hair looks and my hubby commented on the scent. He really likes it and I do, too!

"It doesn’t matter if you’re dealing with hair thinning, balding, damage, breakage, frizz, split ends or you just want to keep your hair as naturally healthy as possible, Hair La Vie has you covered. After all, when you feel good about your hair, you feel good about yourself, and you can take on the world."

As if Hair La Vie's Moroccan Repair Serum is not exciting in and of itself (love this serum), I have more exciting news! Hair La Vie has teamed up with Maria Shireen® to create the ultimate On-The-Go Set with the serum and this awesome stainless steel hair tie bracelet! And, that's not all...You literally get the gift of beautiful hair while also giving back! ($10 from each Ovarian Cancer Charity Ties is donated to Bright Pink.)

The set includes:

- 1 hydrating & protecting  Hair La Vie  Moroccan Repair Serum

- 1  hair tie bracelet in stainless steel with silver plated finish from the Maria Shireen® CHARITY TIES™
The fun and functional bracelet eliminates the pressure from the elastic around your wrist and makes the hair tie look like a stylish bracelet by creating a channel that holds the hair tie in place. My daughter loves it! Prior to receiving the bracelet she always had a ponytail holder (hair tie) around her wrist.

Hair La Vie Moroccan Repair Serum and the On-The-Go Set are available for purchase online. Keep up to date on the latest news and promotional updates by following along on Twitter and Facebook.

  5. My hair is very thick which I'm not complaining about at all. Better to thick over thin. Finding a great serum for my hair has been a challenge so will have to check this one out. The sock thing had me laughing but hey it worked.

    1. Hi Rebecca, It works great to tame frizzies and soften the hair. Oh, I agree! I love the bracelet. Sometimes I go for long walks and I'll keep a ponytail holder on my wrist for when I get hot. This is so much prettier and won't cut off circulation in my wrist! lol

  10. I've been lucky so far. I have thick hair, but not frizzy unless I'm around a lot of static! LOL. I'll have to let my sister know about this though.

  11. I will have to try this! My hair can be nice with loose curls naturally if I can control the frizz. Otherwise I have frizz with just a little curl to it. I will be trying this out!

  13. This might work wonders on my daughter's hair. She gets tangles because her hair is just slightly wavy. And my teenager would totally love this bracelet. She is forever wearing a hairband on her wrist.
